Please email MCStampede@my.milligan.edu with “Advertising” in the subject line. Be sure to include the name of your business or organization, a contact name, physical address, and phone number in your message. Please allow ten business days for a response.

 

Advertising Policies

 

The Stampede does not accept advertisements for alcohol or tobacco products, substances that are controlled in the state of Tennessee, or other products or services considered contrary to the College “Expectations and Responsibilities for Student Lifestyle” as outlined in the Student Handbook. The Stampede and Milligan College reserves the right to refuse advertising for any reason. Please send questions or complaints about specific advertisements by email to MCStampede@my.milligan.edu with the name of the objectionable product or service in the subject line. Because The Stampede does not respond to anonymous messages, be sure to include your name in the message.

 

Information Collected by Third Parties Using Technology

 

Some of the services and advertisements included in the Stampede Online and within our mobile apps are delivered or served by third-party companies that may place or recognize cookies, Web beacons or other technology to track certain non-personal information about our Web site users. For example, in the course of serving certain advertisements, some advertisers may place or recognize a unique cookie on your browser in order to collect certain information about your use of the Stampede Online. In many cases, this information could be used to show you ads based on your interests on other Web sites. We do not have access to, nor control over, advertisers' or service providers' use of cookies or other tracking technologies or how they may be used. Your access to The Stampede Online should not be affected if you do not accept cookies served by third parties. Google serves advertisements onto The Stampede Online.
